Canon iR-ADV C2020i
MFD have recently installed a new Canon iR-ADV C2020i into a small Assett Management firm in London, W1 and has proved a real success using all of the Canon’s features including scan to file and scan to email.
The Canon iR-ADV C2020i will act as a central communications hub in this busy office which is partly the reason they have already increased the output from 3,000 pages per month to nearly 6,000 prints per month.
MFD have also activated the Canon C2020i’s eMaintenance system which allows us to remotely monitor device useage and statistics as well as providing us with vital information relating to error codes and fault history, this in itself is ensuring we are completely proactive with our accounts and more often than not we are aware of device issues before our clients are.
