We primarily require service technicians / photocopier engineers with experience of Canon photocopiers and MFDs (imageRUNNER and imageRUNNER Advance) to help maintain the companies steller reputation for service excellence.

• Must have experience with Canon iR and iR Advance photocopiers
• Motivated to succeed, determined and a team player
• Enthusiastic and positive
• Excellent communication skills
• An effective problem solver, able to think creatively and use initiative.

MFD Solutions is ideally looking for candidates based in the Middlesex, Surrey, London, Sussex, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire or Hertfordshire who can:

• Carry out diagnostics and fault finding on equipment
• Carry out regular preventative maintenance
• Maintain and develop relationships within existing clients
• Co-ordinate resources internally to ensure excellent customer service
